Auto Technician | Speedware Motorsports | Redmond, WA AUTO TECHNICIAN - Leading national distributor and retailer of Sparco, Recaro, ARAI and Oakley race gear is seeking a full time auto technician to join our team. We specialize in fab work, suspention and alignments, exhaust work, roll bars, roll cages, big brakes, wheel & tire, race & street car prep. The qualified candidate will have experience in motorsports and/or the racing industry, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail and follow through. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, team player, with proven problem-solving abilities. Must have full knowledge of car alignments, suspension, electrical, and chassis prep. Welding and fab work is a plus, as is race experience. Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with MS Outlook. This is a growth position offering a strong starting salary based on experience, incentive pay, and an excellent benefits package. Hours are flexible, require some weekend and holiday work, and may require travel. Must have a good driving record.
